Atlas Nighracer was a Mandalrian Human male who was born on the Wookiee homeworld of Kashyyyk. He was raised by his father Wilks Nighracer and his mother Melani Jesten. His brothers was Talkos Nighracer and the famously powerful Ares Nighracer. Atlas was known as a child for being the "lucky one" in the family. Soon after he regained his strength from a very dangerous illness, Atlas joined the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. He was known for a man of being unpredictable.

A young Human male, Atlas Nighracer was born on the Wookiee homeworld of Kashyyyk. His blood brother was Talkos; they were both born to Melani Jesten. As he grew up with his brother they lived as a wealthy family, living in a large mansion. He was a spoiled child who got mostly what he wanted and was alos considered very lucky. He and his family lived a fairly political life as he was a child. He never knew the true ways of the Mandalorians until he was old enough to understand its culture. As he grew older, Atlas along with his brother learned to fight and defend themselves. The older and older he got, Atlas also grew more older in politics. Nearing twelve years old, Atlas was an aid to his father in the Galactic Senate. As the years passed, both Talkos and Atlas longed to get away from political life and decided to quit their position in the Senate.
